Sharpi diamond whetstone - 600/1000

Double-sided diamond whetstone with gradations of 600 and 1000 designed for sharpening steel knives, ceramic knives, cleavers, chisels and shears. Gradation 600 is used for pre-sharpening, restoring the cutting edge of very dull knives or sharpening wedges made of ceramic. Gradation 1000 is used for final edge grinding and smoothing of knife surfaces.

The 20 x 7.5 cm abrasive surface is covered with oval holes that collect and retain metal particles formed during the sharpening process. As a result, the surface of the sharpener always remains clean. The base is made of durable plastic with non-slip feet, which prevents the whetstone from slipping during sharpening.
