The saw blade is made of premium Japanese steel. It was additionally coated with a layer of chrome, which protects it from corrosion, wood sap, resin and other harmful external factors.
The cutting edge is at the same time hard, strong and flexible, which prevents damage to the blade when making cuts. The induction-hardened teeth are characterized by a long service life. Thanks to their precise sharpening, they stand out with a smooth surface, which means that the saw does not wedge.
There are 8 teeth for every 30 mm of the blade. The cutting part has a characteristic hourglass-shaped cross-section, so the resulting surface after cutting is smooth and free of jagged edges. One of the teeth is directed upward, which speeds up chip removal. The patented MIRAI-ME technology allows cutting in three planes: transverse (perpendicular to the fibers), longitudinal (parallel to the direction of the fibers) and diagonal.
The blade should be stored in a clean, dry environment.
