Sky-Watcher BK 909 EQ3-2 Telescpoe

Telescope which is a classic achromatic refractor. Equipped with a lenticular lens with a diameter of 90 mm and a focal length of 900 mm. The light intensity of the lens is equal to f/10. It allows detailed observations of the Moon and planets of the Solar System.

The telescope is equipped with an EQ3-2 parallactic mount. The elements of the head are massive, and the whole is stable enough to mount a telescope with a large diameter. The mount allows precise micromotion in both axes and the connection of simple drives to guide the telescope behind the movement of the sky.

The model uses a rack-and-pinion eyepiece focuser in 1.25" standard, terminating in a mount with a screw that attaches an angular cap. The focuser is compatible with the Sky-Watcher focuser drive.

The telescope allows the following astronomical observations:

Solar system:
- sunspot structure,
- formations on the Moon larger than 2 km,
- additional belts on Jupiter and fine details in the belts,
- Cassini's break in Saturn's rings,
- Uranus visible as a small disk at high magnification,
- Neptune as a point object.

Stars:
- stars throughout the sky with a brightness of up to 12 magnitude,
- stars separated by more than 1.5".

Deep sky objects:
- dozens of globular clusters, emission nebulae, planetary nebulae and galaxies,
- objects from the Messier catalog and brighter NGC objects (many brighter objects show details).

The set includes:
- 6x30 finder,
- 2x 1.25" eyepiece (Super 25, Super 10),
- 90 deg./1.25" angled cap (mirror),
- achromatic Barlow lens 2x 1.25" with T2 adapter.
