Tactical axe made from a single piece of 420 stainless steel and hardened to 51-53 HRC. Hardcase finish protects against scratches and corrosion. Two holes have been made in the blade to improve balance and reduce the overall weight, but do not affect its strength. On the other side of the hilt is a sharpened spike.
The handle is coated with Zytel material with a non-slip texture and is finished with a hole for a cord to prevent release from the hand. The head is embedded in the handle with a steel cap and sturdy screws.
It comes with a ballistic nylon scabbard that protects the head while carrying it. The scabbard allows you to hang the axe on your belt using the built-in loop.
