Trek'n Eat freeze-dried food - chocolate mousse 100 g

A full-flavored, easy-to-prepare freeze-dried meal. Chocolate mousse vacuum-packed in a waterproof bag made of sealed film. 

The measuring cup on the package allows you to measure the right amount of water needed to prepare the meal.

Ingredients: sugar, low-fat cocoa powder 12%, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, dark chocolate 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, pure butterfat, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin), glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated coconut fat, milk protein, thickener: sodium alginate, guar gum; stabilizer: dipotassium phosphate; coffee extract, table salt.

Preparation: Pour cold water to a height of 6 cm on the scale (100 ml) directly into the bag. Whisk well to a smooth paste. You can use a larger amount of water.
