Wiley X Ovation Captivate Glasses - Blue Mirror/Matte Slate

The anatomically contoured frames, as well as the lenses of the glasses, are made with HVP (High Velocity Protection) technology. As a result, they protect the eyes from injuries that can be caused by objects moving at high speed.

The frames are made of durable Triloid. Their shape ensures a good fit and does not limit comfort when using headphones or ear protectors. Rubber, non-slip temples and nose pads ensure that the glasses sit firmly on the face. Detachable swivel side shields provide additional protection for the eyes from objects coming from the side that the visor does not fully protect.

The glasses are made of durable and scratch-resistant Selenite polycarbonate. They allow light transmission of 11%. They are perfect for outdoor activities in sunny weather and bright lighting conditions. They also provide eye protection against harmful UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays, as well as blue light (HEV). The T-Shell coating protects the lenses from scratching.

A Captivate polarizing filter sandwiched between the lens layers on sunny days focuses light in a single plane, filters out blinding glare from the sun's rays, boosts brightness and improves depth perception. On cloudy and/or rainy days, it imparts better contrast to objects, which dramatically improves the quality of vision, providing perfect clarity and complete visual comfort. Such glasses are recommended for drivers, skiers, fishermen and tourists.

The glasses meet ANSI Z.87.1+ and EN166F standards.
