Work Sharp Culinary E2 Electric Sharpener

Electric knife sharpener with manual sharpening function. The housing is made of durable plastic.

The guides allow to maintain a constant sharpening angle of ^20o. The constant speed protects the working edge of the knife from potential damage. Flexible abrasive discs with a gradation of P120 are responsible for the sharpening itself.

The sharpener is designed for sharpening kitchen knives, however, thanks to its universal design, it is also perfect for sharpening scissors or EDC knife blades.

Thanks to the option of manual sharpening with a ceramic rod, it is possible to final polish the blade and also sharpen knives with a serrated cutting edge.
