Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener

Universal knife sharpener with an adjustable sharpening angle from 15 to 30 degrees. Equipped with a sturdy metal body that can be screwed to the table and V-Block Clamps for attaching knives, which prevent sudden slipping of the blade.

The sharpener comes with six interchangeable abrasives: diamond discs in 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 gradations and a fine ceramic plate.

In addition, the kit includes a leather belt for polishing blades, a ceramic rod for sharpening serrated knives, a pocket knife holder and a digital inclinometer (angle indicator) with an accuracy of 0.25 degrees for increased precision during work.
