A thermal imaging monocular designed for nighttime observation, equipped with an adjustable optical magnification range of 1.8-3.3x. To increase precision, it also offers digital magnification in the range of 1-4x, allowing observation of objects up to 500 meters away. The BTH19 V2 integrates Wi-Fi, allowing you to use the BurrisConnect App on your phone as an external display or to control the unit remotely.
Durable and ergonomic body
The rugged body of the thermal imager is made of durable yet lightweight plastic. The ergonomic shape and thoughtful arrangement of the control buttons guarantee convenience and comfort during use. The device can be used in a wide temperature range of -10 to +50 degrees Celsius.
LCOS display, Picture in Picture mode
The device is equipped with a color LCOS display with a resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels, which presents an image quality of 400 x 300 pixels. With a refresh rate of 50 Hz, smooth viewing of moving objects is ensured. The user can adjust the brightness and contrast using a 10-point scale. The built-in 19mm F1.0 lens guarantees a sharp and detailed image, and the Picture in Picture function allows users to simultaneously view a magnified portion of the image. The thermal imager offers 1.8-3.3x optical magnification and 4x digital zoom. Diopter adjustment is possible from -4 to +4.
5 image display modes
The thermal imager has five image display modes to make it easier to recognize and identify objects under observation:
- White Hot - objects with higher temperatures are displayed in white or light gray
- Black Hot - objects with a higher temperature are displayed in black or dark gray
- Green Hot - objects with higher temperatures are displayed in lighter green
- Blue Hot - objects with lower temperatures are displayed in blue or dark blue, and objects with higher temperatures are displayed in red and yellow
- Red Hot - objects with higher temperatures are displayed in red
Wi-Fi module
The BTH19 V2 is equipped with a function for saving photos and videos on a memory card. The stored files can be transferred to a computer via a USB cable or directly to a smartphone or tablet thanks to the built-in Wi-Fi module. This module also allows the use of the BurrisConnect App, allowing you to use your phone as an external display or remotely control the device.
Battery power supply
The device is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, which charges via a USB-C cable . On a full charge, the thermal imager can operate for about 5 hours. It is also possible to power it directly from an external power source, such as a powerbank, connected to the USB-C port.
