A lightweight kitchen knife with a fixed blade, the Drop-Point profile heads were derived with a flat grind and cryogenically treated for higher hardness and impact strength.
The blade is made of German 4116 stainless steel, characterized by ease of sharpening even in field conditions. It will work well both in professional use and in the home kitchen, thanks to its serrated cutting edge, it effortlessly cuts through meat fibers, ensuring a smooth and aesthetically pleasing cut of steaks.
The properly contoured shape of the lower part of the grip with a cutout for the index finger prevents the hand from slipping on the blade.
The facings of the ergonomically shaped handle with non-slip texture are made of hard Zy-Ex plastic and covered with food-friendly Kray-Ex material.
