Guide TrackIR 25 mm Thermal Imager

A handy thermal imaging monocular from Guide for easy observation. The TrackIR 25mm model features variable optical magnification from 1.7x to 6.8x. For greater observation accuracy, the model also offers a digital zoom of 1-4x allowing you to spot objects up to 1700 meters away.

The TrackIR model is equipped with a sensor with a resolution 400 × 300 pixels, with a pixel spacing of just 17 µm. The sensitivity of the sensor allows it to capture temperature differences of less than 50 mK. The 0.4" LCOS display used offers a resolution 1280 × 960 pixels.

The thermal imaging monocular offers five image display modes: white hot, black hot, red hot 1, red hot 2, red hot 3 and three refresh modes: automatic, snapshot, and scene. Image-in-picture option and hotspot tracking enable better target tracking.

The thermal imager is equipped with a stadiameter, which allows you to quickly measure the distance to an observed target using a known distance to another object. The device provides 3 examples of objects and reference distances: hare (0.25m), wild boar (0.5m), deer (1.8m), and displays information about the actual distance.

The model also uses a function to save photos or videos, the recorded files save to the built-in internal memory 16 GB. Files can also be transferred directly to a phone using Wi-Fi, on which the TrackIR app (available for Android and iOS) has been installed. The integrated Wi-Fi module and the Micro HDMI output allows you to use, for example, a phone with the TrackIR app as an external display.

The body of the thermal imager is made of polymer that is resistant to mechanical damage and shock. Thanks to its compact design and the use of seals, TrackIR meets the waterproof IP66 class. There is also a Picatinny rail on the unit, for attaching additional accessories.

The built-in rechargeable battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh5 hours. A built-in USB-C socket is used for charging, as well as connecting to an external power bank. A built-in power-saving mode automatically extinguishes the display after a specified time.
