HMS Premiumacupressure set consisting of a mat and a pillow. The mat is a great and effective tool for relaxation and getting rid of pain. Its use allows you to get rid of muscle tension, improve blood circulation, as well as stimulate the release of endorphins. There are 11088 plastic spikes placed on the surface. The spikes are located on specially shaped rosettes, and their proper density and positioning makes it possible to obtain optimal body pressure. Acupressure treatment can be carried out in several ways, for example, by laying the mat on the ground and lying down on it, standing or sitting down.

The mat together with the cushion can also be placed on a chair and used, for example, during long computer work. Thanks to the appropriate length of the mat, it occupies a large area of the chair, properly massaging and relaxing the muscles.
