HMS PremiumMultifunctional Handrail dedicated to performing push-ups on the handrails, so called dips, and classic push-ups. The device is made of durable steel, and the handles are equipped with comfortable foam grips that prevent slipping of hands and do not cause discomfort during exercise.

The PWL8306 is mainly used for performing push-ups. Both dips and classic arm flexions in support, very strongly engage the muscles of the chest, triceps and the front acton of the shoulder muscles. Exercise with lower handles, allows you to perform a very strong arm flexion while performing a push-up. We stretch the muscle much harder during each movement, resulting in faster growth. On the upper handrails, it depends on the positioning of the body whether we engage the chest or triceps more strongly for work. If during the exercise, we lean forward, the most strongly engaged muscle will be the chest, but if we maintain an upright position, the focus will be on the triceps.
