HMS PU08 Push-ups Rest

Rotating handles for performing push-ups. They are characterized by an innovative design that allows you to twist and change the position of your hands while performing exercises. As a result, it is possible to engage different parts of the muscles, which translates into a varied and more effective workout. The advantage of changing the position of the hands is also the performance of more natural movements and less stress on the joints.

The product is made of durable ABS plastic and aluminum. The maximum load of one handle is as much as 150 kg! To increase safety and stability during exercise, the aluminum parts are covered with an anti-slip plastic.

Performing push-ups with PU08 rotary supports allows you to effectively strengthen the muscles of the arms, forearms, shoulders, back and chest. The exercises also work on joint strength and endurance.
