The wooden box, designed for a variety of crossfit training exercises, offers the possibility to set it at three different heights (76, 61 and 51 cm) by rotating it to different sides.

The crate is made of 1.8 cm thick plywood, which ensures the sturdiness of the structure, while the reinforcement in the center guarantees stability during jumps. The safety of training is enhanced by the presence of sanded edges. Holes on the sides of the crate make it easy to carry.
