The 2.5 kg weight is made of high-quality cast iron, protected by thick rubber. The plate can be used with bars or barbells, both in home and commercial gyms. The inner diameter of the hole has been adjusted to fit Olympic bars.

The plate has a Tri-Grip design, which allows safe and quick weight changes. It is equipped with practical, non-slip grips that allow you to perform exercises without the use of a bar. Thanks to this, the plate can be used for a quick warm-up or to exercise the abdominal muscles or arms.
