HMS YB02 Gym Ball Black - 65 cm

Gymnastic ball made of special high-strength rubber. Thanks to the Anti-burst technology, in the event of a rupture, the ball gradually loses air, which protects the exerciser from a sudden fall. The advantage of the model is also the outer coating, the special structure of which prevents the body from slipping on the surface of the ball.

Model YB02 can be used in various types of exercises. In addition to classic gymnastic and aerobic training, the ball is well suited for rehabilitation and corrective therapies. It also allows to supplement standard training with elements related to balance training.

Training with the ball activates postural muscles, so the user improves his endurance, joint flexibility and corrects any postural defects.

With a diameter of 65 cm, the ball is designed for people 165 - 182 cm tall.
