Short-sleeve thermal shirt made of wear-resistant polyester. The material is flexible, lightweight and breathable. It will provide thermal comfort during physical activity or when high temperatures prevail.
The shirt is well-tailored, adheres to the body, but at the same time does not restrict movement. It is characterized by breathability, dries quickly and effectively wicks away sweat. Flat seams and tape around the neck prevent chafing.
Velcro panels are placed on the sleeves, which allows attaching any emblems, such as the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
The name MM-14 is an abbreviation for маскувальний малюнок (maskuvalʹnyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and the year 2014, when this camouflage was officially approved. The pattern refers to the American UCP camouflage, but shades were chosen to match the colors naturally found on Ukrainian territory. The introduction of the MM-14 camouflage pattern was an important part of the Ukrainian army's reform to break with post-Soviet identification. Unofficially, the MM14 camouflage also goes by the names Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
