Nordic walking sticks Nils Extreme NW106 Carbon

Telescopic poles designed for Nordic walking. They are characterized by a two-segment design with height adjustment from 87 to 140 cm. The adjustment allows you to easily match the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.

Carbon fiber was used in the production of the poles , making them very lightweight. The ergonomically shaped, non-slip handle is made of EVA foam and PP plastic. The model also has an adjustable neoprene glove.

The NW106 is equipped with interchangeable tips. It comes with two pads for walking on asphalt and two plates for hiking on soft ground.

Nordic walking is a pleasant activity that comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves the efficiency of the body. While walking with poles, among other things, the buttocks, thighs, arm muscles, shoulders, chest and abdomen work. Involving such a large group of muscles has a positive effect on overall physical fitness.
