The three-segment design with height adjustment from 66 to 135 cm, allows you to easily adjust the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.

It is worth mentioning the internal anti-shock system, which cushions and absorbs vibrations that occur during hiking, thus protecting the user's joints (it is possible to turn off the shock absorption system).

Another advantage of the model is that the tips can be replaced. The set includes two rubber pads for walking on paved surfaces and two plates for hiking on soft ground, such as a forest path.

Trekking is an activity that comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves fitness. When walking with poles, among other things, the buttocks, thighs, arm muscles, shoulders, chest and abdomen work.
