A compact everyday carry flashlight (EDC - Every Day Carry), which, thanks to a powerful diode Led Cool White and TIR (lens/collimator) optics, provides a light output of 1000 lumens and a range of up to 101 m. In addition, it is equipped with a functional laser pointer that emits a focused beam of green light.
The body is made from aircraft-grade aluminum A6061-T6 coated with Type III hard anodization in black. The flashlight meets the waterproof standard IPX7 (submersion in water for up to 30 minutes at a depth of up to 1 meter) according to the ANSI standard.
The heart of the flashlight is an advanced electronics that controls the current consumption directed to the LED. Thanks to it, the flashlight shines in the selected mode with the same power until the battery is completely depleted. Against overheating of the LED in the highest mode is protected by an electronic system, which after 4 minutes reduces the current and stabilizes the light at the level of 300 lumens. The electronics are also responsible for switching modes and remembering the last used mode.
The Arkfeld flashlight is powered by an integrated lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 1050 mAh, which can be charged via a magnetic charger Olight MCC3 USB charger (included). Switching between modes and the laser pointer is enabled by an on/off switch located on the flashlight's body. LEDs located under the switch indicate the battery charge level.
