Protein and carbohydrate supplement Gain Bolic 6000 from Olimp Sport Nutrition with cream cake flavor. Designed for adults, recreational exercisers and athletes, aiming to develop muscle mass and performing very strenuous or prolonged exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

Recommended daily serving and method of preparation: 1-3 servings daily between meals or approximately 1 hour before and after training. Dissolve 1 serving (100 g = 2 scoops) in 170 ml water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the serving recommended for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.
