A set of three professional kitchen knives for filleting with different blade lengths (15, 19 and 24 cm). A narrow, long blade with a well-matched flexibility allows for effective work with minimal effort. The designer of the knives is Jerry Hossoman.
The thin blade of each knife is made of 4116 stainless steel, which has satisfactory cutting qualities and retains its sharpness thanks to the proper ringing. It will be excellent both in professional use and in the home kitchen.
The handle of the knives is made of durable TPE rubber material, so that n it does not slip in the hand and lies securely even when your hands are wet or greasy. The handle is well contoured and abrasion resistant.
