Pro Ration Emergency Food/Water pack - Menu III

The food ration consists of two wholesome meals, two energy bars, two sachets of drinking water, two flameless heaters and two plastic spoons. It was packaged in a waterproof bag made of sealed film. The sterilized water has a shelf life of up to 50 years, while the main dishes and bars have a shelf life of up to 15 years.

The set includes:

1. Swedish meatballs
with cream sauce and mashed potatoes 400 g:

Ingredients: mashed potatoes (38%) (potatoes, milk), cream sauce (34%) (cream, beef broth, vegetable broth, butter (milk), corn flour, rice flour, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt)
flour, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), soy sauce (drinking water, soybeans (24%) (soybeans), sugar, salt,
wheat flour), meatballs (24%) (ground beef, ground pork, onion, egg, parsley, dill, chives, lovage, salt, allspice, pepper,
cardamom), cranberries (4%).

2. Beef goulash with boiled potatoes 400 g:

Ingredients: potatoes (36%), beef (30%), onion, rice flour, corn flour, canola oil, tomato puree, garlic, paprika, salt, cumin, marjoram,
pepper.

3. Ginger and lemon energy bar:

Ingredients: nut mix 38% (almonds, peanuts), cane sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, sunflower seeds, canola oil, coconut fat, candied ginger
10% (dried ginger, sugar, rice flour), concentrated lemon juice 5%, freeze-dried lemon 2%, skimmed milk powder, lecithin
emulsifier (from soybeans).
May contain traces of sesame, soy and gluten.

4. Superenergetic bar with guarana:

Ingredients: nut mix 40% (peanuts, almonds), cane sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, canola oil, coconut fat, sunflower seeds, chocolate 8%
(cocoa pulp, cocoa butter, vanilla flavor), buckwheat groats, cocoa, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin emulsifier, Rhodiola
(rosemary) 200 mg, guarana (100 mg caffeine).
May contain traces of sesame, soy and gluten.
