Pro Ration Emergency Food/Water pack - Menu V

The food ration consists of two wholesome meals, two energy bars, two sachets of drinking water, two flameless heaters and two plastic spoons. It was packaged in a waterproof bag made of sealed film. The sterilized water has a shelf life of up to 50 years, while the main dishes and bars have a shelf life of up to 15 years.

The set includes:

1. Chicken Korma with rice 400 g:

Ingredients: chicken breast meat (30%), water, brown rice (12%), cream, onion, coconut milk (coconut extract (75%), drinking water), rice flour,
corn flour, grated coconut, canola oil, salt, sugar, garam masala (coriander, pepper, romaine cumin, cinnamon, lemon zest, cloves,
cardamom, mace), cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, turmeric, garlic, lemon, dried ginger, pepper.

2. Tandoori quinoa 400 g:

Ingredients: sweet potatoes, vegetable broth (water, carrots, parsley, parsnips, celery), quinoa (16%), tomatoes, chickpeas, red onions, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, garam masala,
lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, garam masala (coriander, cumin, pimento, nutmeg, pepper, cardamom, cloves, fennel, bay leaf), sugar, garlic,
salt, chili, pepper.

3. Hemp energy bar:

Ingredients: nut mix 40% (peanuts, almonds, pistachios), hemp seeds 26%, cane sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, coconut fat, canola oil,
pumpkin seeds, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin emulsifier.
May contain traces of sesame, soy and gluten.

4. Ginger and lemon energy bar:

Ingredients: nut mix 38% (almonds, peanuts), cane sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, sunflower seeds, canola oil, coconut fat, candied ginger
10% (dried ginger, sugar, rice flour), concentrated lemon juice 5%, freeze-dried lemon 2%, skimmed milk powder, lecithin
emulsifier (from soybeans).
May contain traces of sesame, soy and gluten.
