Pulsar Merger LRF XP50 Thermal Imaging Binoculars with a Laser Rangefinder
Thermal binoculars that combine a thermal imaging camera and a digital day camera. In addition, the model is equipped with a fixed optical magnification of 2.5x and a digital magnification of 2.5-20x, allowing objects up to 1800 metres away to be seen. The built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1,000m, enables the distance to the observed target to be determined with an accuracy of +/- 1m.
The thermal imager is equipped with a thermal sensor with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, with a pixel spacing of just 17 µm. The sensitivity of the sensor allows temperature differences of less than 25 mK to be picked up.
The large lens with a diameter of 50 mm, provides a bright and vivid image during the day. The resulting image is smooth and does not blur even when using the maximum digital magnification of 20x. The thermal lens system has a high specification F1.0 aperture, so that all available thermal signal reaches the sensor. This, combined with a highly accurate thermal sensor, ensures high thermal performance.
The external display used is made with AMOLED HD technology and has a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

The Merger LRF XP50 is additionally equipped with a video recording and photo-taking function. Recordings and photos are stored on the built-in 16 GB internal memory. The USB-C connector allows for easy and fast data transfer. The device supports a WIFI connection, allowing you to share photos and videos in real time. In addition, control is possible via the StreamVision 2 mobile app available for Android/IOS.
The body of the binoculars is made of magnesium alloy, which improves grip stability and provides impact and drop resistance. The IPX7 waterproof rating ensures full waterproofing, so it can be used in snow, rain and freezing temperatures down to -25 degrees C. The control buttons are positioned within fingertip reach for easy and intuitive operation.
The width of the binoculars, which is the inter-ocular distance, is adjustable from 62 - 74 mm to suit the user. The model is also equipped with diopter correction from -5 D to +5 D.
The binoculars are powered by a replaceable APS3 3200 mAh battery (included) and a built-in 4.0 Ah battery, which provide up to 10 h of continuous use. The USB Type C port also allows the device to be used with the powerbank plugged in to extend the operating time. Thanks to a power-saving function, the display is automatically switched off when the device is momentarily out of sight.
The Merger LRF XP50 is equipped with a mounting thread that allows an adapter to be fitted to a tripod.
