Durable trekking shoes with suede upper and waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane.
The GORE-TEX membrane allows moisture (perspiration) to evaporate, while preventing moisture penetration from the outside.
The boots are designed to provide additional flexibility and greater comfort during approaches and descents while mountain trekking in mixed and technical terrain.
The Salewa MTN Trainer Mid GTX uses a midsole with Bilight TPU double-density technology, which is ergonomically shaped and provides comfort on longer hikes even on difficult, rocky terrain. The footwear is made of materials with enhanced water resistance. The 3F ankle stiffening system with soft Flex Collar protects the foot and ankle from injury and trauma.
Stable movement on the terrain is guaranteed by a cushioned Vibram sole which, together with properly shaped, aggressive tread, provides very good grip on various types of surfaces.
Protection of the toe and heel is provided by an additional layer of material and overlapped part of the abrasion-resistant rubber sole. The shoes are equipped with durable laces, which are woven through sturdy grommets for quick lacing.
