Thanks to its versatility, the chef's knife is one of the most popular types of blade found in the kitchen. It allows efficient slicing, chopping and shredding of any food.
The Drop-Point profile head is made of AUS-8 stainless steel hardened to 58-59 HRC and finished with a stonewash technique. One of the characteristics of this steel is its high chromium content, which provides high anti-corrosion properties. This makes the knife ideal for kitchen work.
The handle was made of polypropylene and given a texture that resembles that of a golf ball, so it provides a secure grip, even when the hand is wet or dirty. The whole is finished with a hole that allows the knife to be hung on a kitchen hanger.
