A filleting knife with a Full-Tang design, which will prove useful both during outdoor activities and in the home kitchen. It is equipped with a 19.1 cm long flexible blade made of high-carbon stainless steel. The slender handle combined with the long, narrow blade makes the knife well suited for filleting fish.
The knife's ergonomic handle is made of Delrin plastic and reinforced with a nickel-silver bolster. A lanyard hole has been placed at its end, allowing the knife to be carried comfortably and safely. The set comes with a leather sheath for carrying on the belt.
