Fit+Thorn Mace 8kg Training Mace

Exercise mace made of high-quality structural steel. The tool uses the principle of unevenly distributed weight, which allows you to perform exercises that stimulate global and local muscles. In addition, training with the mace improves balance, flexibility, endurance and overall body condition.

The instrument consists of a long handle connected to the head with high-quality welding. The non-slip, double knurled surface of the handle allows for a firm grip during exercise, and the beveled top of the head allows the mace to be conveniently deposited on the floor.
