Thorn+Fit Lady Resistance Band Set

THORN+fit Lady Resistance Band set created especially for women. The bands are made of thin, flexible and durable latex rubber, which does not lose its properties even after many months of intensive training. The set includes 3 bands that generate different resistance: light, medium and heavy.

Resistance Band straps can be used for exercises to improve mobility and range of motion (known as mobility training). They will also prove useful in rehabilitation and injury prevention.

The compact size and low weight allow for hassle-free transportation. As a result, the resistance bands can be used both at home and away from home. Nothing prevents you from taking them on a business trip, for example, so that you can continue your training or rehabilitation while away from home.
