Travellunch freeze-dried food - beef and potato Hot-Pot

A full-flavored, easy-to-prepare freeze-dried meal in the form of Hot-Pot beef with potatoes. Packaged in a heat-sealable bag. The meal can be consumed directly from the package, without the need for additional utensils.

Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 degrees C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every respect, while meeting the high requirements of various extreme sports such as climbing, high-mountain tourism, sailing, qualified tourism, both summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, competitive athletes, on various expeditions or camps.

Ingredients: potatoes 45%, beef 10%, skimmed milk powder, vegetables in various proportions (carrot, tomato, tomato flakes, leek, peas), roasted onion 5.5% (onion 7%, palm fat, wheat flour), whole milk powder, butter powder, mushrooms, salt, palm fat, cream powder, lactose, milk protein, herbs, green pepper, flavor, spice extracts.
