Adventure Food freeze-dried Rice with ham 144 g

Rice with ham is a filling dish with refried beans, leek, carrots, peanuts and a spicy satay sauce. Adventure Food products retain full flavour and visual appeal to match a traditionally cooked meal.

The dish has been freeze-dried, so it has a long shelf life and is lightweight, so it won't add extra weight to your luggage.  

Ingredients: Rice (50%), 29% satay sauce (peanuts (40%), wheat flour, whey powder, sugar, onion (5%), salt, soy, lemongrass, yeast extract, chilli peppers, garlic, cumin, maltodextrin, flavouring, tomatoes, paprika, ginger powder, Chinese ginger, sunflower oil), 6% ham (pork, wheat starch, salt, acidity regulator (rosemary extract, citric acid), smoke flavouring, preservative (E250)), sunflower oil, carrots (3%), green beans (3%), onions (2%), sugar, glucose syrup, salt, leek (0,65%), milk powder, ginger powder, hydrolysed protein (maize, rapeseed), chilli (0,03%), pepper.

Method of preparation: Open the bag at the top and unfold the bottom part, removing the oxygen absorber. Pour hot water up to the designated level. Stir the contents thoroughly. Close the bag with the zipper and set aside for 8 minutes. Stir again. Consume directly from the bag.
