A ventilated dressing designed for dressing and sealing chest wounds. Equipped with a 360-degree Hyper-Vent system and 24 ventilation holes. The unidirectional valve design allows air to be released from the chest, reducing the risk of pneumothorax, and blocks outside air from entering.
The one-way valve design allows air to be released from the chest, reducing the risk of pneumothorax.
The dressing is made on a hydrogel base with a film roll and an additional layer of polyurethane (PU) film covering the central soft valve. Its radial design consists of 3 circles, each with 8 ventilation holes. In total, the dressing is equipped with 24 ventilation holes and 512 ventilation routes.
The Foxseal Vented allows for effective venting even when creased or applied to uneven or curved surfaces, such as under clothing or a tactical vest.
The vented dressing is intended for use by qualified emergency medical personnel. It is sterile and latex-free.
