or sign up for availability notification
The Taipan TM10-256 thermal imaging monocular is a versatile device for effective observation of the environment both at night and during adverse weather conditions. The thermal imager will find use in patrol service, rescue or in the broader outdoors.
.
TheTM10-256 is equipped with fixed 1x optical magnification. For greater observation accuracy, the model also provides digital zoom in the range of 1-8x which allows you to see objects up to 458 meters away. The thermal imager is also equipped with a distance meter, which allows quick measurement of the distance to the observed target. The rangefinder calculates the distance based on the data entered, marking the estimated size with a line of apex and base.
.
The thermal imager is equipped with a sensor with a resolution of 256 × 192 pixels, with a pixel spacing of 12 µm. The sensor's sensitivity allows it to capture differences in temperature below 35 mK. The 0.2" display used was made using LCOS technology with a resolution of 720 × 540 pixels. The thermal imaging device employs digital detail enhancement (DDE), digital noise reduction (3D DNR), automatic gain control (AGC) and Hot Spot Mark, a function that detects and tracks the highest temperature points. Taipan TM10-256 supports Flat Field Correction (FFC) to optimize image quality.
The thermal imaging monocular offers four image display modes:
. - White hot - warm in light color, the higher the temperature, the brighter the tone,
. - Black hot - warm in dark color, the higher the temperature, the darker the tonality,
. - Red hot - image as in "black hot" with red highlighting of the warmest elements,
. - Fusion - from high temperature to low temperature, the image is colored from white, yellow, red, pink to purple.
The model also uses a function to save photos or videos, the recorded files save to the built-in internal memory 8 GB. Files can also be transferred directly to the phone using the Wi-Fi module or to a computer via the USB-C port.
.
The body of the thermal imager is made of polymer that is resistant to mechanical damage and shock. Thanks to its compact design and the use of seals, it meets the IP67 waterproof class, which provides protection from dust and water at a depth of up to 1m for 30 minutes. The operating temperature range in which the thermal imager can be used is from -20 to +55 degrees Celsius.
The device is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, which makes the thermal imager capable of operating up to 8 hours (with Wi-fi mode off).
The set includes:
. - Thermal imager,
- wrist lanyard,
- USB/USB-C cable,
- plug,
- cloth.
