Robust kitchen knife with a head made of durable X50CrMoV15 steel hardened to 55 HRC. The raw material used is characterized by excellent corrosion resistance and very good hardness, which allows efficient slicing, chopping and filleting of any products.
The ergonomic handle provides a secure grip and comfort during use, minimizing hand fatigue even during prolonged slicing. It is made of durable rosewood.
