HMS SGC15 Strength Training Set

A set of two barbells with interchangeable weights, made of lightweight and strong composite. The barbells feature the option of joining into one long barbell, which greatly expands the range of exercise possibilities. The set includes two bars, four clamps, two bars joint, and a total of 12 weight plates. The set is designed for use by both home and advanced users.

The clamps and the properly matched hole diameter of the plates make it easy to change the weight quickly, and to place it securely and safely on the bar. The clamps are threaded, so that the load does not move in any way during exercise.

The set includes:
