M-Tac Plate Carrier Cuirass QRS Gen. II Tactical Vest - MM14

Tactical Plate Carrier in MM14 camouflage made of durable 500D Cordura, equipped with front and back panels for ESAPI (USA)-compliant ballistic inserts with chamfered upper corners in size M. It will prove useful for military and other uniformed services, and will also be appreciated by advanced ASG players.

On the front, at chest height, there is a velcro panel for mounting patches or emblems, in which laser-cut MOLLE system mountings. PALS webbing on the back and on the cummerbund allows you to deploy the pouches and pouches according to your preferences.

The front panel has been additionally equipped with an administrative panel fastened with a waterproof YKK Aqua-Guard zipper. The Gen. II features a special front panel fully adapted to MOLLE systems, which will allow mounting of equipment and full customization for the user. The panel has been secured against accidental detachment from the base with Velcro and an attachment system using Woojin carabiners located on the mounting straps.

The fit of the vest is ensured by elastic cords hidden under the back panel and adjustable Velcro straps located on the shoulders. The spacer mesh and the comfortpads  located on the shoulders guarantee high comfort and adequate ventilation. In the upper part of the back there is an escape grip on velcro panels facilitating convenient transportation of the vest.

The name MM-14 is an abbreviation of маскувальний малюнок (maskuval'nyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and the year 2014, when this camouflage was officially approved. The pattern references the American UCP camouflage, but shades matched to the colors naturally occurring in Ukraine were chosen. The introduction of the MM-14 camouflage pattern was an important element of the reform of the Ukrainian army aimed at breaking away from post-Soviet identification. Unofficially, the MM14 camouflage also goes by the names Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
