TickLess Eco Ultrasonic Tick Repellent - for kids

TickLess - ultrasonic tick repellent for children is a small, handy device that emits 40 kHz ultrasonic sound that is inaudible to humans and pets, thus effectively repelling ticks. Ultrasonic sound interferes with the host's orientation and tracking ability by blocking ticks' sensory receptors. This causes them to be unable to distinguish potential prey from their surroundings.

Ticks use the Haller organ located on the foot of the first leg to identify potential prey. The ultrasound emitted from the device effectively blocks ticks from receiving stimuli from this sensory organ. The range of the device is about 1.5 meters, which provides effective protection.

Ticks are carriers of dangerous human diseases such as Lyme disease and tick-borne encephalitis. By using TickLess tick repellent, you minimize the risk of being bitten, and thus infected and seriously ill.

The device clips on with a key ring, can be used from the first day of a child's life and is completely harmless to the environment, emitting no chemicals. In addition, it is moisture resistant according to IP13 standard, but direct contact with water should be avoided. To activate the device, pull the pin (then it is activated). It works continuously for at least 6 months, until the battery is completely depleted.

It is made of biodegradable plastic. When the device stops working, open it and separate the housing from the other parts. You can dispose of the housing in a compost heap or bury it in the ground - it was made from materials that decompose within a few months.
