Borniak Smoking chips 5 x 2 l - Birchwood

High-quality birch wood smoke chips, carefully dried to a moisture content of 13%. Subjected to a special technological process, so they were fully dusted off and ready for use.

The smoke from the burned wood chips permeates the product, giving it the right color, aroma and flavor for the species of wood used. The use of birch chips makes it possible to bring out the specific golden color of the smoked product.

The size of the wood chips ranges from 0.5 to 3 mm and is suitable for smoking all types of meat and fish.

Approximate smoking time for a 2 l package is 8 hours.

The parameters of the products were confirmed by HACCP certification.
