Borniak Smoking Chips 5 x 2 l - Plum

High-quality smoking chips made of plum wood, carefully dried to a moisture content of 13%. Subjected to a special technological process, so they were fully dusted off and ready for use.

The smoke from the burned wood chips penetrates the product, giving it the color, aroma and flavor appropriate to the species of wood used. The use of plum wood chips makes it possible to bring out the specific golden color of the smoked product and the delicate fruity aroma, which penetrates deep into the food.

The size of the wood chips ranges from 0.5 to 3 mm. The chips are suitable for smoking all types of meat and fish.

Approximate smoking time for a 2 l package is 8 hours.

The parameters of the products were confirmed by HACCP certification.
