Borniak Smoking chips 5 x 2 l - Cherry

High quality cherry wood smoke chips, carefully dried to 13% moisture content. Subjected to a special technological process, so they were fully dusted and ready for use.

The smoke from the burned wood chips penetrates the product, giving it the color, aroma and flavor appropriate to the species of wood used. The use of cherry wood chips makes it possible to bring out the specific dark brown color of the smoked product and the fruity aroma, which penetrates deep into the food.

The size of the wood chips ranges from 0.5 to 3 mm and is suitable for smoking all types of meat and fish.

Approximate smoking time for a 2 l package is 8 hours.

The parameters of the products were confirmed by HACCP certification.
