Borniak Smoking chips 5 x 2 l - Maple

High-quality maple wood smoking chips, carefully dried to a moisture content of 13%. Subjected to a special technological process, so they were fully dusted off and ready for use.

The smoke from the burned wood chips penetrates the product, giving it the color, aroma and flavor appropriate to the species of wood used. The use of maple wood chips makes it possible to bring out the specific golden color of the smoked product and the slightly sweet aroma, which penetrates deep into the food.

The size of the wood chips ranges from 0.5 to 3 mm and is suitable for smoking all types of meat and fish.

Approximate smoking time for a 2 l package is 8 hours.

The parameters of the products were confirmed by HACCP certification.
