HMS TX09 exercise band set - Khaki

A set of tapes dedicated to performing exercises using your own body weight.

The set includes exercise bands with handles and a metal snap hook, a door holder, and a carrying net. The tapes are made of durable and strong materials, which guarantee safety and comfort of use. The handles have been covered with a special rubber coating so that your hands do not slip during training.

Training with the bands is dedicated to every person, regardless of training level and age. The degree of difficulty can be controlled by changing the angle of the body relative to the ground. The tapes are equipped with the ability to adjust the length, depending on the exercise being performed or the physique of the exerciser. Exercises with the TX09 tape develop strength, balance, joint flexibility and fitness. An additional advantage of exercises with the use of tapes is the simultaneous work of many muscle groups, including deep muscles, which are responsible for correct posture and stabilization of the figure.

The set weighs little and fits into a small bag included in the kit.
