HMS TX30 Strength Training Equipment Kit

A set of resistance bands and exercise accessories by HMS.

The resistance bands utilise the individual's body weight to improve their fitness and strength by performing appropriate exercises. The whole set is made of durable and resilient materials, so all the parts retain their resistance properties after many months of intensive training.

Resistance band trainging aids in strengthening muscles in the body and improving endurance and flexibility. Five levels of resistance allow you to adjust the exercises to your preference. A small space is enough to perform any set of exercises with the resistance bands.

The set includes five resistance bands, two hand grips, two ankle grips and one door grip.

Resistance bands (colour/length/load):
- Red - 120 cm - 3 kg
- Blue - 120 cm - 4 kg
- Black - 120 cm - 5 kg
- Yellow - 120 cm - 7 kg
- Green - 120 cm - 8 kg

Handgrips:
- 2 pcs hand grip,
- 2 pcs ankle grip,
- 1 pc door grip.
