A confit leg of Polish duck in a marinade of marjoram, thyme and bison grass with an orange sauce and the addition of dry white wine, Cointreau liqueur and rosemary. Ingredients: duck thigh, NFC orange juice, sugar, goose fat, onion, orange peel, fresh rosemary, orange liqueur, dry white wine, demi glace sauce, butter, fresh thyme, dried marjoram, bison grass, sunflower oil, corn flour, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, allspice.
