Artisanal preserve of Polish production. Veal brisket in a sauce based on Parmigiano cheese and white wine, with the addition of garlic, thyme, rosemary, chili, lemon peel and capers. Kogoot's preserves include restaurant dishes prepared by chefs using only natural ingredients of the highest quality.

Ingredients: leg of veal, 30% cream, dry white wine, fresh garlic, pickled capers, onion powder, parsley leaves, Grana Padano cheese, 3-grain oil, butter, black pepper, salt, dried thyme, dried rosemary, chili flakes, lemon zest.
