Nordic walking Sticks Nils Extreme NW602

Telescopic poles designed for Nordic walking. Made of durable 6061 aluminum and equipped with a non-slip and ergonomic handle. An adjustable neoprene glove is attached to the handle.

The two-segment design with height adjustment from 82 to 140 cm, allows you to easily and quickly adjust the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.

The model is equipped with the ability to replace the tips. It comes with two rubber pads for walking on asphalt and two plates for hiking on soft ground.

Nordic walking is a pleasant activity that comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves the efficiency of the body. When walking with poles, they work, among others, the buttocks, thighs, arm muscles, shoulders, chest and abdomen. Involving such a large group of muscles has a positive effect on overall physical fitness.
