HMS exercise bands set DC31

The set is designed to perform advanced exercises for both upper and lower muscles. It consists of: a bar, resistance bands, leg bands, snap hooks and a carrying case. Exercises using the bar increase mobility, range of motion in the joints and improve motor coordination. The bar will work well for any type of training, including rehabilitation.

Rubbers with varying degrees of loading will allow you to vary the intensity of individual exercises.

The set comes with round resistance rubbers, which, thanks to their closed circuit, will work well for general exercise and aerobic training.
