Placing an order

1. When you have added all the goods to the cart, enter the cart by clicking the Go to Cart button.

2. Check that all the products you wanted to add to it are there. Click go to checkout.

3. Enter your data, choose the method of delivery and payment. Due to the oversized size of some goods, not all couriers may be available.

4. Mark the approvals and click place order - you will be taken to the payment page.


Prices on the product page

When you go to MILITARY.PL on the product page, you can see several prices:

  • the price of the product
  • the price before the discount,
  • the price for KSK Members,
  • the manufacturer's recommended price,
  • the lowest price from the last 30 days before the discount.

Not every product page will show all prices. Prices for KSK Club Members are visible only on products that are in the KSK Promotion (products in this promotion are changed approximately every 4 weeks).

The lowest price of the last 30 days before the discount is shown on the product page only when the product is on promotion or sale - it is then marked as "Promotion" or "Sale".


Sales document and vat invoice

A VAT invoice is a sales document that Militaria.pl issues when an order is placed in our store online.

We send invoices in electronic form to the e-mail address provided in the order. We send the document from the address faktura@militaria.pl

In order to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please select the appropriate option in the form and enter your company details.


Availability in stationary stores

On the page of each product you will find information whether it is available in stationary stores. Click Check availability in stores - you will find this feature in the block under the product price. You can also use the filters on the page to browse products available in the selected store or stores. If the product you are interested in is not in the stationary store, you can order it with free personal pick-up.



Order cancellation

It is not possible to cancel the order from the customer account. We ship most shipments immediately, so the order you want to cancel may have already been shipped. If you want to cancel an order, then please write to us in chat
